bad service - disappointing product
<p>I bought my Bennett Read Hydro vac in Feb 2016 from Makro Cape Gate and was very excited about it at first. Really worked well. BUT.... in the last year, the pipe tore 3 times and it has been in for repairs twice already. The last time was 18th April this year - the pipe tore and the machine stopped working. Karen from Tevo said she will call me back re the pipe asap. On this day, the machine went in for repairs and I've fetched it already on the 28th April from Makro. Karen wasn't there and the lady helping me said she will ask Karen to call me re the pipe as I haven't heard from her in the 10 days. Tomorrow it will be 4 weeks and not a word!!! 4 weeks without a vacuum cleaner (even though the machine is fine but can't be used with a broken pipe). I feel let down and disappointed in this product, company and service and will think twice before ever buying a Tevo product again.</p>

I would like to thank Farhaad Hoosen at Tevo for assisting me throughout the whole process of getting my problem sorted out. He is certainly an asset to the organisation - he was always calm, respectful and friendly when we talked on the phone or via email. Also, a big thank you to Hope at the Game store in Tygervalley who also sorted out a minor problem I had with collecting the pipe today - much appreciated.
