BAD SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE PRODUCTS

Worst place to hand in a product to be fixed. Even had to contact them and again after receiving the unit back from the workshop for having an air-block in the piping. They do not understand the phrase "customer service". DO NOT purchase Bennett Read products as they never have spares for these products and then blames it on you if after trying alternatives the motor is then damaged. So to sum it up, if you require spares you are just better off purchasing the unit again. In my case, I spent R4000 on a vacuum cleaner they cannot even supply me the spares with. A WATSE OF TIME AND MONEY.
