Bad Service and after sales help

Tevo quick to get you to buy their product but **** after service!! Bought BISSELL EASYVAC vacuum cleaner few years ago from Pick n Pay Kolonnade Retail, didn't keep the slip. Year later the vacuum head broke, took head to Pick n Pay expecting to BUY new head, but no, got told they cant help me I have to go to centurion. I used an old vacuum head. Next back filter is falling off and stick it on with prestik and sellotape cause I don't feel like going to Centurion just for this. This year I needed to get a new filter. Went to Game Kolonnade for parts, no help there, I get sent to the Flea Market across the road from Kolonnade. Here they tell me it will be /- R150 for filter and back filter, they need to order it and will take 14 working days. 14 days later go back to Tevo, got told parts were never ordered, and the price is R500 I might is well buy new one, determined never to buy TEVO again, sales person by Makro Wonderboom promised me if I come back next day with old back filter, he'll give me new one but he wasn't there the next day and Tevo person there told me he makes promises and don't keep them all the time. TEVO NEVER AGAIN VERY BAD AFTER SERVICE AND HELP
