Bad Service

I've handed my vacuum cleaner in at the N1 office park for repairs. The vacuum cleaner was sent to Kempton park for repairs. They've sent me a quote on the 31st of October that was paid. Ever since no feedback and after many calls to the repair centre in Kempton Park no answer it just says we are experiencing a high volume a phone calls. This is really unacceptable.
