Bad service

Your service is non existant. Visited your web page on February 2nd to lodge a complaint, which I duly did. To date not even the civil decency or business courtesy to my request. You clearly state on your website all complaints will be duly seen to. Easier said than done. You are so busy advertising your merchandise in the various stores that you must have closed all other departments in your organisation. All I actually need is a new vacuum bag - but this is a bridge too far for your organisation. Why advertise your products if no spares are ever in stock or available. I truly rue the day I bought your vacuum cleaner. Am now stuck with something I have no use for - and bought only 18 months ago -
