Bad service

I purchased a vacuum bennette read tough 10 at game promenade in less than 3 months the pipe of vacuum is broken into pieces .thing is i lost the slip and i bought it cash . I asked the guy to speak to area manager ,i do not want my money back i just want the vacuum to be replaced they do not want to rerurn the vacuum without the slip. I do still have all the packaging such as box They are not help full in any way nor want to assist the customer . So what are they saying that i threw away the money? I asked if theres no other way no Assistance
