BAD SERVICE

Purchased a power glide pet vacuum cleaner which is not sucking up the dirt. Have phoned Electrolux on a regular basis to find out where I can take it to be repaired by an Electrolux agent. Left messages for Christo which I am still waiting for a return call.... very frustrating as there is NO AFTER SERVICE.
