Bad product: Bennet Read Vacuum cleaner

I bought the vacuum cleaner (model YLW6222), (Serial number T***) from the Game store in Mall@Reds, Rooihuiskraal North in Centurion. I paid about R1700 for the vacuum cleaner. After just only a few weeks the vacuum cleaner broke. ALL it was used for was to vacuum my car. I do not have any details of the service agent that repaired the unit the first time as I gave it in to Game and they had it repaired. NO FAULT OF GAME!! No sooner had the warranty expired, the vacuum cleaner broke down permanently!!!! I am deeply disappointed with the quality of this product. Its frustrating and upsetting that I paid so much and the unit didn't last much further than the warranty period. I and some of my family have always bought Electrolux machines before, most of which are still running. My son is still using my old Electrolux vacuum cleaner. Its over 15 years old!!! My parents passed away in 2002 and their machine was handed down to my sibling and it is still in use until today. That is just an example of quality and good engineering!! My Bennet Read has got dust in the motor itself, which should not be the case. Its just a poorly engineering!! R1700 paid for the vacuum cleaner to last just passed the warranty period. Not fair at all!!!
