Bad product at high price

I bought the "Blue" Bennett Read iron in April 2025, it was costly compared to what I was using so I thought it was an upgrade. Month 6 the bottom of the iron broke (yes the iron part of it not the plastic). I bought it from Makro online, Makro told me they can't take it back as it had pass six months (by few days). Called Bennetee read i was told to take the iron to their Agents but when I looked up the address I decided rather I buy a new iron and never but any Bennett read product ever again..it was my first and last. I wish I could post the picture
