Bad experience, front desk and sales are the worst people to talk to and to ask questions.

This is the worst place to go to in midrand, first you call for a part, eventually after a few times you get hold of someone. The they send you to front desk. Front desk NEVER answers. You then with a miracle get hold of front desk. They say they will get your part ready it takes 30 mins. Once you get there they order the thing. This is ridiculous. They talk with their friend or colleagues. You just have to wait. Everything is so slow. This is bad. You have a good day you just need one part and BAMM you in a bad mood not waiting for a part but waiting for front desk to actually talk to you if their colleagues/friends isn't around. Thats not how business is supposed to be. Very very unsatisfied.
