Bad experience

I am here to exchange a nonsense of iron that i bought on the 5th of June, Benbett read does not exchange but book in for repairs. I am told that if they book it takes 21 working days. Iron is something that we use on a daily basis. They are selling nonsense i need a iron to go back and do my itoning
