Bad customer service for repair

Absolutely horrible digitising service I bought a keel re when I boil the water taste like chemical I take the kettle back take five weeks for them to send me back a kettle with the same problem what did I wait for and what did u fix nothing not even the courtesy to leave a note to say what they did or apparently didn’t so
