Avoid this brand

We bought one November 2020 we have used it on mostly areas where our pets are, we bought it because it is made for Pet hair.

It started smelling like smoke when I used it on the dogs bed in January 2022, I took it to Builders where it was bought and 21 days later returned nothing was done, according to Builders it was repaired!

First time I switched it on to vacuumed flames come out the motor, I returned it.

Then I received a quotation from Bennet read of over R1000 to repair, because there was hair in to motor. We always used the machine with a filter as it would be stupid to put the dust in the air! Most of the time with water to eliminate all dust.

Don’t buy this machine!!
