Tevo Factory Outlet Jackal Creek ⭐☆☆☆☆ Appalling treatment and refusal to honour displayed price - Violates CPA On 4 Oct 2026 at Tevo Factory Outlet Jackal Creek I was humiliated. I picked up a Bennett Read 19-piece set clearly marked NOW R649.99 with a TEVO branded sticker. At the till they refused to honour it. Manager Phindile (relief from Northriding) said she can't approve, then made 6-8 calls while I waited 40+ mins. National Area Manager Bongani Chauke told me to leave and come back tomorrow, then called his boss Austin Smee (Buyer/Training Manager). After an hour, they claimed a "customer changed the price" and refused sale. A customer cannot print a Tevo-branded sticker - this is clearly staff putting a 6pc price on a 19pc box. I asked for CCTV proof, they refused. This is a direct violation of CPA section 23. Avoid this store!!!
