APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - DON'T BOTHER

Absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had.

Took in my Bennett Read Virtuoso 20 to the Port Elizabeth branch on the 18th of October 2024 as the food processor component stopped working while it was still under warranty. They let me know I could come fetch it.

Drove all the way back to the branch only to discover they had done nothing, and also that they had lost one of the attachments. They tell me I need to buy a new food processor bowl & the component which they have lost, but they don't have stock codes at the moment, they will mail quotes to me for the parts to be ordered (This was on the 1st of November 2024)...

Forward to 6th of January 2025, and countless follow-up mails later, they have still not even had the decency to even reply.

Would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone.
