Appalling Customer Service!

I am truly disappointed with the appalling service received from your organization. On April 4th 2025, I went to Tevo Outlet Montana to report parts damage to my Bennett Read Juicer. I just wanted to buy the spares since motor still runs fine. Then sn email was sent by the Montana outlet to TevoSA Head Office, specifically to Palesa Nikele and Zelda Rakubu. We are now in July (3 months later) and still no acknowledgement of my query. I have made countless efforts during this period to solicit feedback or updates and still have been ignored. It is truly sad and disappointing to brand yourself as being passionate and yet mistreat the very people (loyal customers) who made you successful. From now on, I will no longer support your business nor purchase any of your products.
