Appalling After Sale Service

I have purchased 2 Bennett Read pressure washers and foam cannons, to the value of more then R3000. My one spray lance has broken, and I have been trying to get a new one for the past 2 weeks now, visited Roodepoort branch, where Bongani Advised The spare needed to be ordered in advance, this was after William at Tevo Warehouse advised I could just visit any branch, they will have stock available. After consulting with William, Bongani advised they would Deliver the item to me, as the nearest Branch(Roodepoort) was over 50km's away from me, and I made a special trip, just for the spare part I needed. It has been almost 2 weeks and 4 emails to William, Bongani, Dinesh, Aymie, and Jwalane, I haven't heard a word. They simply ignore their Clients. I have email proof of all this. I am very disappointed, I wish I could return everything I have bought.
