ABSOLUTELY USELESS. NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOEVER!!

Pray that you NEVER need to contact Tevo for any assistance/spares. They are worse than trying to deal with any government department. After holding on for their spares department an hour the first time and another 45 minutes the second time to get a price on a Bennett Read vacuum part, I eventually gave up any hope of ever having my call answered. This is just extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Does anyone actually work there or do they just not give a damn???? I'm assuming it's the second option ... that the staff just don't care about any level of customer service. I will NEVER buy any product involving TEVO ever again.
