Absolutely no customer/after sales service from Tevo (Pty) Ltd

If there was a "no star" review then this is the one I would most certainly choose.

As far as my experience has been with Tevo, it's not a case of bad customer and after sales service....THERE IS NO SERVICE...zilch...nothing!!!

I posted a review on 13 July 2021 and the next day Tevo rep**** that I should email them on ***. I emailed back the same day.

To date I have had no response from them. Not even an automated reply to say that my email has been received and will be attended to.

Come on this is 2021...get your systems into the current era.

Never again will I buy anything where Tevo is the agent/distributor!!!!!

Sadly that is no more purchases of Bennett Read appliances.
