6 Months FOR A SPARE PART

I am struggling to get the correct washing machine part for my Kelvinator Washing Machine I have been to preferred suppliers etc from the June I was corresponding directly with Electrolux and it is the 18th of November today and I am still without my pipe - we have paid on the 23rd of October when they informed us that they finally have the correct part and it has yet to be delivered. <br> <br> How can you sell a machine if you do not stock spare parts for that machine - there have been numerous attempts with the wrong parts trying to insure me that it is the correct part so they do not even know how their own machine spare parts look. I am expecting the correct pipe as in yesterday.
