12 kg top loader Bennet Read washing machine

I bought a 12kg top loader Bennet Read washing machine in June 2024. The machine is refusing to spin and I even took video as proof. Bennet Read does not want to take responsibility and they are blaming me for the malfunctioning of the machine. They refuse to refund me my money back.
