100% failure on both items bought at Bennet and Reid plus terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!

Lying sales staff and terrible after sales service. If you purchase a microwave oven and the door *****s are overtightened so much that it splits the plastic, that is not the customers problem, its your problem. Sort it out immediately and give the customer a satisfactory outcome. Waiting now for 7 days for an answer. I will never purchase this brand again in my life. Sales person **** about my vacuum cleaner when it broke, now the microwave!! Has to be the worst product ever with 100% failure on two items bought from them.
