They have no representation in South Africa, only a .co.za website. You must open I support ticket if you need to make contact with then. If you are lucky enough to get a response it is from a no-reply email. After about 6 weeks of no delivery I tried to cancel. Promptly I received a mail saying my turbine is ready for delivery. Luckily for me this plonker did not use a no-reply email and e responded to my mails. I told him to cancel and refund. He then pointed out that a 20% penalty will be deducted. The fact that they missed their 4 day delivery SLA by many weeks is not their problem! So I lost about R4000. Lastly, the Europe they mention is Turkey. Just do a YouTube search to understand the extent of extreme bad quality products and shocking client experience
