No delivery - still waiting after 5+ months
I ordered an Atlas wind turbine (body and blades) on 29 January 2026 for ZAR 25,800. The order remains listed as “Processing” more than five months later, and I have still not received the product. Over this period I opened several support tickets requesting updates. The responses changed each time: February: “Manufacturing of Motor 3 – Roping” stage - how long does it take to wind a motor??? March: Blade sets being manufactured - pressed and coated aluminium - 1 day April: Production and testing “may take longer than expected” May: Order “shipped to our distribution hub,” with mentions of rare-earth material restrictions and aluminium shortages July: Still no delivery While the replies were generally courteous, the pattern of successive manufacturing and supply-chain explanations, combined with the complete lack of delivery or a firm timeline, has left me without the product I paid for. Based on this experience I would strongly advise potential buyers to treat any delivery promises with caution and to consider the risk of extended delays before placing an order.
