Stay Clear from Tesup!

I don’t understand how e-commerce Companies in todays world don’t provide a means to contact them telephonically or via email. Placed an order with Tesup (#10137) 4 weeks ago and have no means to follow up or subsequently cancel. Repeated requests to cancel and refund has fallen on death ears and I have to assume I now will need to write off the R15K I spent! 😔 I would advise any Consumer to stay clear from them. If their sales experience is this poor then I can’t begin to imagine what their post sales support will be like!
