Damaged product delivered

Ordered a wind turbine which came damaged still waiting for them to sort it out, sent photos, videos contacted dhl to log a claim which the company needs to do, haven’t sent numerous emails still waiting. Ordered 27 July, received on 11 August still waiting for them to sort out the problem, poorly packaged which caused the steel plate that holds the blades to damage the turbine and one of the blades has a chunk missing.
