This site is a ****! Extremely disappointed in their service, we downloaded the software and proceeded to try recover our files, they were there but we could not view the photos properly. We were in communication with their support team and once we mentioned we wanted a refund as the software was not working, they went quiet. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE TENORSHARE SITE!!!! They also work under other names as well.
