Tenant group

The hassle of trying to get feedback regarding my partner deceased parent provident find has been utterly disappointing. He has submitted documents in April and is still awaiting feedback regarding the issue. He hasn't even been made aware of the amount of the payout if any. Each and every time he calls he is told that the Vicky Fraser the consultant is not available and she will call him back which never happens. It's been a good 4 months and there has been no effort from the tenant group in getting this resolved. Does any one have any legal advice regarding this?
