Delay with pension fund payout

I'v had such a bad experience with Tennent Group. I resigned from my previous company in Feb this year. I had to send more than 1 email until I received a response from Chevon Bennet, and she advised that my pension fund was due to be paid by the end of April 2026. In the last week of April I then receive an sms stating that there are no SARS directives. We are now heading into the second week of May and still no communication or payout. This is very frustrating!
