Zero Professionalism and the. mental impact on our children
MY FIRST EMAIL TO TENEO Good Morning, Compliments for 2022. Your below email refers: Should there be any queries regarding reports, please make use of the Report Query Forms that will be made available from 10 – 14 January 2022, once Academic Staff have returned. Your report query forms has not been released, why not? There is constant delays and notices that one receives late for tasks that needs execution on the day and quite frankly is inefficient and negatively impacting us. I hope and trust we can receive the report query forms today. Thank you,
TENEO EMAIL ON DEALING WITH QUERIES Dear Parents and Students Please note that we have dealt with the mark queries. Attached is the Final Term 4 Report. Should there be any queries regarding reports, please make use of the Report Query Forms that will be made available from 10 – 14 January 2022, once Academic Staff have returned. It is important to note that only queries received on these forms will be dealt with and no other communication regarding reports will be entered into. Charisse, precisely my complaint, you send this message out at 9:20 on the day which it is due, same thing TENEO has been doing and I completely object to this. I am out of the country and expected this Monday already and if I haven’t followed up what would have happened. I am only back home tomorrow so this is the deal. You have to grant us an extension because you send this late again.
Please revert back to me. Thank you

When reports were sent out, the link to the Report Query form was sent out and the notice clearly stated that the link only opened on 10 - 14 January 2022. The onus is on the parent to set a reminder to submit a query.
All stationery and textbook lists were emailed and are always available in the Grade Success Courses in the Learning Management System.
We hope that makes everything clearer.

Maybe you guys think that we as parents don't have rights. Your email response to me smells arrogance, avoiding to deal with inability to run a school. The end of year email received from Rochelle with my daughters report does not have any link to it. Secondly, if there was a link, you should not remove your responsibility as an educator to manage the schools affairs appropriately, meaning ensuring your Stakeholders (Parents) is kept abreast 24/7. You think you gonna get out of this mess so lightly, you have to think twice. I am consulting Lawyers and Court processes to investigate this school and do a full forensic audit on you.
My second daughter were supposed to start today and she has not even received any correspondence from your school on delays, stationary etc.
It is time that the Constitution of South Africa kicks in and ensure you get dealt with and remember you cause anxiety and psychological stress on HUMAN BEINGS and there is repercussions for it, at least in South Africa.
To all other Parents who reads this, let us get together and take this devil head on.
Am i frustrated, yes i am because TENEO is playing with Family's well being.
Maybe you guys think that we as parents don't have rights. Your email response to me smells arrogance, avoiding to deal with inability to run a school.
