Useless service no assistance after all payment proof sent to accounts and sill withheld report can't register for 2024

All formal educational services provided by Teneo are provided through our learning management system, including the provision of reports. Reports for the 2023 academic year were made available through the learning management system in December 2023. To the extent that any parent or student is unable to access the learning management system, they should contact Teneo directly to resolve the issue.
[It should be noted that access to the learning management system may be limited in certain circumstances in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to student enrolment.

20 Jan 2024, 00:35Did contact on Zoom 5 times the first time on the 11th December and 2023 and latest on 18 January 2024 all nesesery documents provided your staff say they saw the problem on your side payment don't show on our account for end 2022 all proof required by your team have been submitted still accounts blocked and can't access yearend report. Your staffvsay on Zoom till sorted we don't ger report because account locked can't register for 2024 don't know did she pass and for what grade. Nou i ask you how in you feel it are your child. Tenao care more about money than the child. If you want proof provide email and i will glady provide all payment proof.
