worst school policies
This school has the worst employees and policies. I enrolled 2 children in February 2022. We dealt with a nice lady Hannelie. She gave us the fees we needed to pay to enrol which i did. I never missed a payment. In fact some months my statements show that I'm in credit. But then suddenly a year later I'm told I'm in arrears because i never pay for January 2022. When I said why should i pay for January 2022 when my kids only joined the following month in February I'm told that its their policy. They calculate their fees on terms. So even if a child joins in March the parent must still pay for January and February even though they were not in the school. What kind of nonsense policy is this that a parent has to pay for months that their kids were not part of the school. Even my statements did not show that I owed them any money. Now the following year my eldest daughter is about to write Matric and i have already paid R12000 for the exams but the school is threatening that my daughter cant write the exams unless i pay for January 2022 even though I've explained that they were not in the school. I've asked to speak to the principle but the principle does not call me. Can anyone give me details of the authorities where i can report Teneo to. A policy that forces parent to pay for months when their children are not part of the school is *********.
