Worst experience ever

I enrolled my daughter for her matric year with Teneo this year. I only saw good things about them. Little did I know that they will test my blood pressure. I have send numerous e-mails with no replies, and if I got one, it was days later with no information that I was asking for. Only to say they are very busy with new families and that they will assist me as soon as they can. Well, I AM A NEW FAMILY WITH TENEO!!!! They don't even bother to answer their phones. My daughter is starting with exams/test and she is STILL waiting for her invigilator app login details as well as the PowerSchool login details. Even I am still waiting for my family portal login details. I even had to beg them for payment details so that I can pay on time. This also took them days, if not weeks, to send to me.

I am disgusted with the service and communication from Teneo. You would think that because they are an online school, their online communication would be better!!!!
