Very poor communication
The communication is terrible: Phone lines on the website do not get you through to a person / consultant . Emails do not get responded to. The WhatsApp chat does not help in any way, provides general responses and simply refers you back to the website without specific solutions. Messages from other clients unrelated to my matter included in my WhatsApp chat - Something very wrong here!
