Unreachable and extremely unprofessional!

Although we have had really good interactions with the teaching staff, Teneo school is unfortunately an absolute nightmare when it comes to dealing with administrative issues! They have been "stringing us along" with an accounts query, that they are "looking into", "escalating" and "will get back to us", since the beginning of the year! So far, despite their promises, they have not got back to us - rather their modus operandi is just to suspend your account, forcing you to pay (without resolution) so that your learner can write their exams and/or access the learning platform. This has happened numerous times this year.

Please note - we are not expecting free education! We are however being billed for fees that are not what was communicated to us on email at the end of last year. We have continued to pay our monthly fees as per what was emailed to us. The email was sent to us on the 13th of the November 2023, stating what our fees would be for 2024. (We were already Teneo members for the duration of 2023.)

Subsequently Teneo have been invoicing us for a greater amount than they communicated in writing to us. We have logged numerous tickets (because you can't talk to anyone). Been told that they are looking into it. Logged new tickets because of no response and then being suspended. Logged new tickets. Received a reply to saying that we are not to "log new tickets" for a ticket that is still open!!!! We find ourselves still waiting for a reply, other than we are "looking into", "escalating it", "we will get back to you" and "don't log new tickets for the same query, and with our account suspended once again! Extremely frustrated by this unprofessional manner and the lack of what should just be common decency and the ability to engage in dialogue.
