Unprofessional and dysfunctional
The school has no proper communication to parents and students. After enrolling for 2024, i had to follow up numerous times asking for login details, timetable, textbook lists and everything that had to do with the start of a new academic year. Their phone lines were not working and emails do not get responses. The Whatsapp line provided is an auto-response generator which is not helpful at all.
It is 09H13 and the first day of school and still no communication regarding login details to access school material and join the orientation.
This is disappointing and completely unprofessional.
