They withhold reports when you want to leave

I was with teneo since last year and I must say things went south from 2023.emails and calls are not responded to. But as soon as you call the enrolment line, things move fast amd smooth. When you have to leave reports are withheld with no communication. Notice to leave was approved. Fees paid up to date. Im sure they just want my kids to get no placement. There is no order or professionalism. All they care about is intake of more student and more money on their pocket. Whoever the old management sold this school to made a bad move. Im sitting with a child at home with no report and no school.
