THEY BLOCKED MY CHILD AND WONT COMMUNICATE WHY

I enrolled my son into Teneo at the start of 2024 for matric and everything was fine until the 29th of march when they suddenly blocked my son because of school fees even though our account was up to date, now thinking that this is just a basic error have been sending emails since the new term started on the 5th of April, to little response and when I do get a response it doesn't help with my problem, they always say they will push it up to management or will send it to the relevant departments. And don't get me started on if you want to contact them, tried phoning their number and was put on hold for an hour until i got annoyed and dropped the call. The only time i got through to an actual human was when i picked the option for enrolling your child on the call options and she said she'd show her manager, so the communication really is bad and almost non-existent if the zoom calls weren't an option but I don't even have that anymore because they blocked me on canvas as well. So right now i would not recommend them to anyone I know and would give them 0 stars if i could.
