Teneo you owe me a refund, it's my money not yours!!!

I'm really disappointed in Teneo, I've been waiting for several days for my refund and Sacai fees to be paid back to me. No turn around time was provided, yet they have no problem with wanting a date for their fees to be paid. The service I received when first registering my daughter with them was really good, until I had issues getting through to their accounts department and once I did eventually get through to them, they would find away to not answer your enquiry. Also think carefully if you want your children to do online schooling, choose wisely. The exam centres they use isn't worth the fees you pay. I'm still waiting on money owed to me. Having to fight for your money back and having to get 10% back is ridiculous as well. Everything in the private and public sector is exactly the same, they are all *********!!!
