Teneo worst school on the planet

If I could give this institution less than one star I absolutely would. I am going to go to every single public platform to name and shame what they do to their students. They failed my son due to him missing two exams due to power outages outside of his control for two consecutive days due to repairs on substations. I have been e-mailing them since November 2021 now January 2022 still no response. No direct e-mail addresses to correspond with only idiotic zoom calls that can only be attended during normal working hours (which I can not do). Fast forward to January 2022 whereby I have sent numerous e-mails asking for an e-mail address to send a notice of cancellation for so I can rid myself and my child of them and once again as usual NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Call the provided number and you will receive no answer. Kindly also note on their website it is okay for teachers who suffer from loadshedding to upload recorded video lessons when they have power failures but God Forbid your child misses an exam over power failures. They fail kids and create tons of mental anguish. This for a school who supposedly advocates mental health and even hosts courses for mental health. What a joke!!!!!

Dear Lelani

We are sorry to hear that you have had a frustrating experience. Please note that all parents received a communique, via email,  prior to the commencement of end-of-year examinations detailing the protocol to follow in the case of technical difficulty or if they were experiencing circumstantial problems outside of their control. It was advised that parents or students report immediately to the Exam Connect to log their specific issue and to find out next steps. All students who completed this protocol did receive assistance and guidance on a way forward.

Regards
The Teneo Team
