TENEO SCHOOL PROVIDES SUB STANDRD SERVICE

I enrolled my son for this year. While neither of us are IT inept, nothing works. We have tried on numerous occasions to contact the school by telephone and email, to absolutely no avail. All this is received is a ticket number. The academic year for online schooling has started, yet my son cannot access the school. No book lists are available for IEB and no further instructions on what to do have been provided. I therefore strongly suggest NOT enrolling your child in Teneo online schooling. Find another online school that can provide a better service.
