Teneo Online School - What a disappointment!

I had a terrible experience with Teneo Online School. I was advised by Teneo Online School that I would be able to enroll my daughter for Grade 12 - IEB - Term 2 so I proceeded with the enrolment online as I was advised to do and I had to make a payment of R4 275.00 to Teneo, before the enrolment was successful. I was then told by Teneo that the IEB 2024 admission cut-off date had 'expired' which meant that my daughter could not be enrolled. How can you not know this as a school registered with the IEB! I contacted them on various occasions and they gave me the incorrect information in terms of the IEB cut off dates, which is very concerning. I am now waiting for my refund from Teneo for the amount of R4 275.00 for 3 weeks and I have to follow up with them, there is definitely no urgency from their side but it is my money and they messed me around and waisted my time.
