<div>Teneo Online School is withholding report cards due to outstanding fees which is a violation of parents rights In terms of section 25 of the National Protocol on Assessment, a school may not withhold report cards for any reason:

"(12) The parents or guardians have the right of access to report cards of their children. (13) Schools may not withhold report cards from learners for any reason whatsoever."

This is applicable to both private and public schools which include Teneo Online School. I called, emailed, and logged tickets on the Family Portal and still waiting for my child's report. I even went to a Lawyer who send Teneo a letter of demand and no response from Teneo.

Teneo please urgently assist with report see latest ticket *** logged on the Family Portal. My child has been enrolled in public school and the only thing we waiting on is the report.</div>
