Teneo online school is an absolute disappointment

My daughter enrolled in Teneo the beginning of this year in the 2nd term. They did not ask for a 1st term report. She transferred from Hillary Primary in Durban to Lux College in Alberton but did not want to be in Lux College which is an amazing school. Anyways now when she is checking for her end of term marks, 2 subjects say she didn't submit which is absolute nonsense! And then it says she cannot get her results because her 1st term report is missing. Why did Teneo not ask for the first term report immediately? This is not the first time we have had technical issues with Teneo. The number to contact is an answering machine so you cannot get hold of an actual person. The answering machine says someone will call back but NOBODY calls! We are spending so much on a school that we cannot even get hold of a staff member to talk to! Technical issues are blamed on the students by the teachers! And the teachers don't want to hear any explanation when something isn't submitted on time. Are you guys aware that there will always be technical issues that the students are not capable of fixing and need assistance from staff, but your staff are so lazy they refuse to help and say that it is the students fault! Iv had about enough of issues with Teneo, since she started there has been ongoing issues! I want someone sort this out and I would appreciate a call back on this matter. *** ***
