Teneo Off line education

Absolutely pathetically shocking. We were forced to home school due to covid. These guys are so **** poor at communication, its a wander any child actually gets any form of education. From scrambled time tables, wrong marks, duplicated marks, to no communication. In three terms, we complained 14 times over email, with 4 responses...and they were to only re-direct us from one person to the next. The only person we never spoke to was the sweeper. This is the 4th term and still no finality or response from them. (My child is so gifted, he failed Maths and science in grade 12, 2 terms consecutively, with EXACTLY the same marks 13%. coming off a 76% average in grade 11 from a private school. In my opinion, it is the worst choice you can make to use these guys. Rather try someone else.
