i am trying to call their number and get the results for my son, they are not answering calla and emails. i hate this school. please stay away from them

19 Jan 2024, 15:56Please, I have done all that. I waited for good three hours on your support channel. the number doesn't go through, I have logged a ticket(3 to be specific on family portal. still, I don't know what to do anymore. my child is panicking.
