Teneo Education - Run as far as you can
This school has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. Despite explaining the reasons for our late payment, my child was abruptly logged out of their learning space on March 29th, with no consideration given to waiting until the 1st of the month. Even after making the payment, I was informed that it would take 3-4 business days to regain access, and I am still waiting. As a result, my son spends his days watching cartoons and feeling bored because Teneo seems more focused on running a business than providing the education I am paying for. Adding insult to injury, I haven't received a progress report for my son since December 2022. I'm at my wit's end with this school and need guidance on who to escalate this issue to, such as the Department of Education (DOE), and I'm also interested in exploring other schools that offer daily live lessons besides Teneo.

Please be advised that the learning management system suspension can only occur due to an overdue balance on your account, and account suspension is only actioned after multiple pre-emptive communications to you over an extended period advising of potential, and subsequently imminent, suspension if the account is not settled by the date advised.
Please note that if your account is suspended, once payment has been made to rectify an overdue account balance, if the correct payment reference as provided for reinstatement is used, it takes up to 4 business days to reconcile the payment receipt, and provision system and login re-activation.
