Teneo Education or Teneo School refund is unjust to parents and kids!!!

I paid R5840 for school fees at Teneo Education and kids could not get a space. I requested my refund on the 30th June 2022 and I keep on being told the refund should take 2-3 weeks. My kids need to start school on the 19th of July and I need the refund to add for the new school and without it my kids can't attend school. I've spoken with everyone you can speak to at Accounts with no luck. Jackie has been waiting on Shaun to return from leave and by the look of things nothing can happen without Shaun. I need my refund before the 19th July so my kids can both be able to attend their new school.
