Teneo Education is after money and no human development

<div>I enrolled by son for year 2023 but sadly he could not attend due to illness. This has led to him not to write assignments and tests and the educators advised me to deregister him; which made sense. I did so and months later I was told to be owing a month's fee. Is Teneo ran by money monks or people that have empathy and sympathy? I raised a question in Aug 2023 and till now, the lady is waiting is till waiting for management's response. She does not let me into the Zoom meeting because she does not help me resolve my issue of communicate to me. This is disgusting as I would like to re-register my sickly son.</div>
