Teneo Education Accounts Nightmare

I've been struggling with Teneo's accounts department since last year December. I cannot access the report card and by the time it's sorted I don't have a choice but to let my child stay another year. Their contact number and service is unacceptable. After holding on for 45min you get cut off with a robot saying they can't assist thank you bye. Their ticket system takes days for them to process and eventually they send a email. If you want to query the email you have to log another ticket. My statement reflects a R0 amount outstanding but still I got cut off their system so I can't get a report card in time to change schools. They incorrectly allocate funds and then I need to struggle for months to get it sorted thereafter. There is no advance warning on what they think is outstanding or make you aware of any issues beforehand. The monthly email shows what is outstanding and it's then paid directly through a payment link option on the email. I really don't understand this and cannot take this frustration anymore.
